    Special Notice: DEPT OF DEFENSE - DEPT OF THE ARMY is seeking funding through Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) for prototype projects within the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Soldier Center (DEVCOM SC)'s Areas of Interest.
