    Special Notice: DEPT OF DEFENSE - DEPT OF THE ARMY is seeking funding through Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) for prototype projects within the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Soldier Center (DEVCOM SC)'s Areas of Interest. DEVCOM SC is interested in the development of enabling technologies that speed up the advanced development process.
