    Sources Sought Notice: State Department Seeks International Police Peacekeeping Operations Support (IPPOS)

    The State Department is seeking sources for International Police Peacekeeping Operations Support (IPPOS). This program aims to enhance the operational effectiveness of police in peacekeeping operations by providing capacity-building support, specialized training, mentoring, and advising. The goal is to improve the capacity of partner countries to generate, train, deploy, and lead effective police officers and units in United Nations (UN) peacekeeping missions.

    The government is conducting market research to determine the interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources for this requirement. The anticipated start date for the contract is September 2024. The government is considering establishing a Labor Hours contract to procure these non-commercial services.

    Interested parties are requested to address the questions in the attached Market Research Questionnaire. Responses should be limited to a maximum of three (3) pages and should not include pricing information. Additionally, interested parties may provide a capability statement.
