The Department of Transportation, specifically the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), is conducting a market survey to identify sources capable of providing maintenance for government-owned software tools utilized in aeronautical data management. The primary objective is to ensure the continuous functionality and integrity of critical aviation tools, including the ARINC Tailoring Tool, ILS-1 Arc Maneuver Tool, and CIFP editor, which support Coded Instrument Flight Procedures (CIFP). This maintenance work is vital for the safety and capacity of the National Airspace System (NAS) and will be performed offsite for an initial one-year period, with the possibility of four extensions. Interested vendors must submit their capability statements and responses by 5:00 PM CST on January 10, 2025, to Jennifer Lucas at jennifer.l.lucas@faa.gov, marking all documents as proprietary.
