The Department of State is seeking a Narcotics Interdiction Advisor (NIA) for the U.S. Embassy in Lima, Peru. The NIA will collaborate with the embassy to design programming to improve Peru's ability to interdict narcotics. This includes managing training, mentoring, technical assistance, and limited equipment procurements for local security forces and judicial authorities. The NIA will also coordinate with U.S. interagency partners in the justice sector. The contract is for a period of twelve months with four optional one-year extensions.
