Description

Solicitation DEPT OF DEFENSE is seeking lease proposals for commercial storefront space in Stuart, FL. The space should be within a 1¼ mile radius of 3436 SE Federal Highway and have a minimum of 1,509 to a maximum of 1,985 gross rentable square feet. The lease is for a five-year term with Government termination rights. The space should have adequate/assigned parking for approximately four Government vehicles. A full-service lease is preferred, including all utilities and janitorial services. Interested entities must register in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) before lease award. Proposals must be submitted by December 15, 2023. The Government will select a location based on the lowest overall cost and may consider past performance.
