This transition will begin in March 2022 for the National Institutes of Health (NIH)/Office of Financial Management (OFM). The transition will involve a phased approach, with existing awards being modified to incorporate the HHSAR IPP electronic submission language. Contractors/vendors should continue to use the existing NIH OFM email electronic invoice submission solution until the IPP transition date stated in their specific award modification. The NIH Office of Financial Management website will provide future updates on the transition to IPP. The service being procured is the transition from the NIH OFM current email electronic invoice submission solution to the Department of Treasury's IPP for electronic submission and processing of payment requests. This transition will streamline the invoice processing system for contractors/vendors working with the NIH.
