It will allow users to verify the names of board members, physical location of agencies, mission statements, financial information, criminal histories, potential conflicts of interest, and other relevant information on an organization. The subscription provides extensive search filters, in-depth nonprofit information, and extensive data visualizations. Specific requirements include providing up to 50 licenses for access to the search database, verifying legal standing and board member status, reviewing organizational mission, validating organizational location, checking financial information and capacity, and accessing salary information of key personnel. Interested parties must submit responses by Monday, July 29, 2024, at 2 p.m. EST.
