The Draft Contract will require the concessioner to provide visitor services such as Bicycle Rental, Guided Bicycle Tours, Food and Beverage, Shuttle Service for Clients, Limited Retail, and Mobility Aid Rental. The Draft Contract will also authorize Bicycle Repair services. The concessioner will be required to pay a monthly franchise fee to the NPS and will be assigned the Concession Facilities.
