    Presolicitation notice of a site visit for proposals for a new concession contract to operate lodging, food and beverage, retail, campground, and other related services within Lake Chelan National Recreation Area. The National Park Service (NPS) is planning to release a prospectus for a new concession contract in the first quarter of calendar year 2025. The contract will involve providing various services within the park, including lodging, food and beverage, retail, campground, and other related services. Interested parties are invited to attend a site visit on September 27, 2024, to gain an overview of the concession operation and tour the Concession Facilities. Registration is required to attend the site visit, and interested parties must contact Annelise Sirguy at (360) 599-0272 or annelise_sirguy@nps.gov by September 20, 2024. The site visit participants are responsible for their own lodging, meals, and transportation to the Concession Facilities. The site visit is encouraged but not required to submit a proposal. The NPS will not answer questions during the site visit and asks interested parties not to interfere with existing concession operations. The Draft Contract will require the concessioner to provide lodging, food and beverage, retail, campground, and shower and laundry services. The Concessioner will also be responsible for maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, and groundskeeping for all Concession Facilities.
