The Department of Defense, through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), is seeking qualified firms to participate in a Request for Information (RFI) for the construction of a new dormitory at the Bitimger Training Area in Kazakhstan. The project entails the architectural and engineering design of a two-story steel-framed dormitory, which includes the demolition of existing structures, grading, utility connections, and the installation of HVAC systems, with a total anticipated budget ranging from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This initiative is crucial for enhancing the living accommodations at the training facility, and interested firms are invited to submit capability statements detailing their relevant experience and capacity to perform in Kazakhstan by January 4, 2025.
