    Presolicitation VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF is seeking architectural and engineering services to create an electric cart charging area in Building 53 at Jefferson Barracks VAMC in Saint Louis, MO. The project involves reconfiguring the space, abating hazardous materials, and replacing MEP components, plumbing, and electrical fixtures.
