    Presolicitation VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF is seeking architectural and engineering services to create an electric cart charging area in Building 53 at Jefferson Barracks VAMC in Saint Louis, MO. The project involves reconfiguring the space, abating hazardous materials, and replacing MEP components, plumbing, and electrical fixtures. The area will accommodate approximately 50 lockers, separate men's and women's toilets, sinks, changing areas, and shower areas, as well as a charging/storage area for approximately 6 electrical carts.
