The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) regarding its Nature-Based Solutions (NbS) Activity in Colombia, aimed at enhancing biodiversity and improving human well-being through private sector engagement. The initiative seeks feedback on a concept paper that outlines objectives such as enabling private sector investment in NbS, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and ensuring cost-effectiveness in implementing these solutions. This RFI is part of a broader $40 million initiative planned for a five-year period from 2022 to 2027, focusing on municipalities with vulnerable ecosystems and marginalized groups, including women and youth. Interested parties must submit their responses, limited to five pages, by January 28, 2022, to Andrea Naranjo at anaranjo@usaid.gov.
