Approximately $45 million is available, with awards ranging from $200,000 to $6 million, and projects that promote equity and inclusion, particularly benefiting tribal or underserved communities, are prioritized. Interested applicants must submit a mandatory Letter of Intent by August 15, 2024, with full proposals due by January 9, 2025.
