The Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) is offering a grant opportunity titled "Enhancing Investigation and Prosecution of Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking (EIP) Initiative". This grant aims to promote and evaluate effective policing and prosecution responses to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. The EIP Initiative encourages law enforcement agencies and/or prosecutors' offices to expand and improve their capacity to effectively investigate and/or prosecute these crimes, supporting victim safety and autonomy, holding offenders accountable, and promoting agency trust within the community. Eligible applicants include state, territorial, county, local, and/or Tribal law enforcement agencies and prosecutors' offices in the United States or U.S. territories. The grant has an award ceiling and floor of $500,000, with an estimated total program funding of $5,000,000. The expected number of awards is 10. The grant does not require cost sharing or matching.
