The Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) is offering the Fiscal Year 2024 Tribal Sexual Assault Services Program grant to support the development and expansion of sustainable sexual assault services within Indian country and Alaska Native villages. This program aims to provide essential intervention, advocacy, and support services for victims of sexual assault, including adults, youth, and children, as well as their non-offending family members and those affected by the incidents. With an estimated total program funding of $10.8 million, the OVW anticipates awarding approximately 16 grants, with individual awards ranging from $450,000 to $675,000. Interested applicants, which include Indian Tribes, Tribal consortiums, Tribal organizations, and Tribal nonprofit organizations, must submit their proposals by August 13, 2024, and can reach out to OVW at OVW.Tribal.SASP@usdoj.gov for further assistance.
