Description

The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is seeking proposals for the Kentucky NRCS Agricultural Conservation Easement Program - Wetland Reserve Easement (ACEP WRE) Acquisition Services Agreement. This program aims to acquire Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP) Wetland Reserve Easements (WRE) and provide funding for the purchase of conservation easements held by NRCS. The proposals should assist with due diligence for acquiring ACEP WRE, including contracting for title exams, updates, and closing services; boundary surveys; appraisals and cultural resource investigations. The cooperative agreements will have a period of performance not exceeding five years.
