Private Facility Research Program

The Record of Discussion (RoD) serves to establish a mutual interest between Public Researchers and Private Facility partners participating in the PFR program Public Research Award. It outlines essential components such as the scope of work and timeline, data access acknowledgment, and a preliminary publication plan. The RoD requires final approval from the Private Facility Leader to be deemed complete; missing signed RoD submissions will be deemed incomplete and ineligible for merit review. Researchers must submit finalized RoDs to the respective facility leaders ahead of application deadlines.
