The Administration for Children and Families - ORR is forecasting a grant opportunity titled "Refugee Individual Development Accounts Program". This program aims to establish and manage Individual Development Accounts (IDA) for low-income refugee participants. The IDAs will be used for specified asset goals such as homeownership, business capitalization, vehicles for educational or work purposes, professional certification, and education. Recipient organizations may provide matches for the savings in the IDAs, with up to $3,000 per individual refugee and $6,000 per refugee household.
