The Administration for Children & Families (ACF) is forecasting the FY25 Street Outreach Program (SOP), which aims to provide essential street-based services to runaway, homeless, and street youth at risk of sexual abuse, exploitation, and human trafficking. The program seeks to assist these vulnerable populations by offering access to shelter, food, hygiene packages, and information about available services, with a focus on areas where street youth congregate. With an estimated total funding of $7,958,000, the ACF plans to award between 53 grants, ranging from $90,000 to $150,000 each, with applications due by May 1, 2025.
