The Administration for Children & Families (ACF) is inviting applications for the Title V Competitive Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) program, aimed at funding projects that educate youth on refraining from non-marital sexual activity. Eligible applicants include local organizations, including faith-based and community organizations, that can develop and implement SRAE projects in states and territories that did not accept FY 2025 allocations for Title V State SRAE. This initiative is crucial for promoting healthy decision-making among youth and preventing risk behaviors, with a total funding allocation of $3,683,467 for approximately 15 awards, ranging from $13,501 to $450,000. Interested parties must submit their applications electronically by July 22, 2025, and can direct inquiries to Chéri Thompson at FYSB.NOFO.CSRAE@acf.hhs.gov.
