The National Park Service (NPS) is offering the Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian Culture and Arts Development Grant Program for Fiscal Year 2024/2025, aimed at supporting the cultural and artistic development of Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian communities. This grant program, established under Public Law 118-42, encourages new entities, including private organizations such as Native Hawaiian Organizations (NHOs) without 501(c)(3) status, to apply for funding to promote their cultural heritage through arts initiatives. With a total estimated program funding of $1,500,000, individual awards will range from $75,000 to $750,000, and applications must be submitted by September 30, 2024, to be considered.
