The Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) is offering the Fiscal Year 2024 Legal Assistance for Victims (LAV) Grant Program, aimed at enhancing the availability of legal assistance for victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. This grant will provide funding for comprehensive direct legal services to victims aged 11 and older, covering various legal matters including family, immigration, housing, and criminal justice proceedings related to their victimization. With an estimated total program funding of $31.8 million, the OVW expects to award approximately 45 grants, with individual awards ranging from $600,000 to $900,000.
