The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is offering funding for the Linking Eligibility Across the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Parts - Dissemination Assistance Provider program. This program aims to improve access to care for people with HIV by promoting efficiencies in RWHAP eligibility and confirmation across all RWHAP Parts. The program will fund one cooperative agreement for up to two years. The recipient of the award will be responsible for examining current eligibility determination and confirmation processes, identifying barriers facing providers and clients, developing and disseminating materials about eligibility processes, and facilitating peer-to-peer information exchange. The program objectives include promoting efficiencies in intake, navigation, and determination of RWHAP client eligibility, improving the customer experience with applying for and continuing RWHAP services, reducing administrative burden for clients and providers, and increasing the availability of tools for streamlining eligibility processes. Organizations eligible for funding include public or private non-profit entities, state or local governments, academic institutions, local health departments, non-profit hospitals or outpatient clinics, community health centers, and tribal organizations. The deadline for applications is March 4, 2024. For more information, contact LaQuanta P. Smalley at lsmalley@hrsa.gov.
