The Administration for Children & Families (ACF) is inviting applications for the FY2024 Transitional Living Program (TLP), aimed at providing safe and stable shelter along with comprehensive services for runaway and homeless youth aged 16 to 21. The program seeks to foster self-sufficiency among participants by addressing their unique needs through a trauma-informed approach, with a focus on equitable service delivery for at-risk youth, particularly those from marginalized backgrounds. With an estimated total funding of approximately $17 million, individual grants will range from $100,000 to $250,000, supporting up to 68 successful applications. Interested applicants must submit their proposals by June 7, 2024, and can contact Tyanna Williams at tyanna.williams@acf.hhs.gov for further information.
