USAID/West Bank and Gaza is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) under the Nita M. Lowey Middle East Partnership for Peace Act (MEPPA) to gather insights on proposed activities aimed at enhancing peacebuilding initiatives between Israelis and Palestinians. The RFI seeks feedback on strategies to strengthen the capacity of local peacebuilding organizations through improved collaboration, technical assistance, and small grants, addressing critical needs such as fundraising diversification and monitoring capabilities amidst ongoing regional conflicts. This initiative underscores the importance of grassroots efforts in mitigating violence and fostering a sustainable two-state solution. Interested organizations are encouraged to respond by December 11, 2024, and can direct inquiries to Sandy Sakran at ssakran@usaid.gov or by phone at 972-3-511-4870.
