The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is inviting applications for a cooperative agreement under the Child Protection Activity program in Ghana, aimed at enhancing child protection and development systems over a five-year period with an estimated budget of approximately $9.99 million. This initiative seeks to implement evidence-based, community-centered interventions that strengthen family and community resilience, particularly targeting vulnerable children and their families, including marginalized groups such as children with disabilities and those at risk of trafficking. Eligible applicants include non-profit organizations, NGOs, and private entities, with a required cost-sharing of at least 10%, and proposals must align with USAID’s strategic objectives while incorporating gender and disability considerations. Interested parties should submit their applications by March 3, 2025, and can contact Vida Assimeng-Kwakye and Lucrece Boko at lboko@usaid.gov for further information.
