    The American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) is seeking a web-based, enterprise application to serve as a database and case tracking system for Equal Employment Opportunity/Equal Opportunity (EEO/EO) complaint cases. This software solution will support inputting, processing, tracking, managing, and reporting on EEO/EO cases.
