Description

Sources Sought notice issued by the AGRICULTURE, DEPARTMENT OF, specifically the AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH SERVICE, is seeking qualified sources for a Gas Chromatography-Ion Mobility Spectrometer (GC-IMS). The project requires a TIMS qTOF LC-MS system for the USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS). The system must be a high resolution qTOF system used in a 4D OMICS data collection modality. It must have a trapped ion mobility spectrometry (TIMS) analyzer delivering high mobility resolution and true collision cross section (CCS) values for each ion. The system must also have the Parallel Accumulation Serial Fragmentation (PASEF) functionality and operate in untargeted acquisition mode for discovery experiments and targeted quantification mode for target verification/validation. The system must be combined with and integrated software control of nanoelute2 and elutePLUS HPLC and Mass Spectrometer from a single data system.
