    Sources Sought VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF Q301--VISN 04 Ref Lab: This notice is a request for information for market research purposes only. The VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF is seeking capable firms for VISN 04 Reference Laboratory Services. The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, and services to perform laboratory services, including pickup and transport of specimens to its laboratory, analysis, reporting of analytic results, and consultation regarding selection, collection, transportation, and result interpretation for the participating facilities in VISN 04. The contractor must have the ability to perform a broad test menu and provide necessary supplies. The services shall be provided at the Contractor's reference laboratory. The contractor must be certified and accredited by CLIA, CAP, and/or TJC and licensed by other federal and/or state regulatory agencies as mandated. The contractor shall provide routine scheduled specimen pickup, report test results within specified timeframes, and ensure interconnectivity with VA systems.
