    Sources Sought for Southeast Asia Multiple Award Construction Contracts by the Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Navy, under the cognizance of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes for this procurement may include Subsection 237 – Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction and Subsection 236 – Construction of Buildings. The Government will evaluate responses based on experience, financial capacity, and bonding capacity.
