    Special Notice: DEPT OF DEFENSE is seeking lease proposals for retail storefront space in Mayaguez, PR or a 1¼ mile radius of Mayaguez Mall Shopping Center. The space should be a minimum of 2,869 to a maximum of 4,055 gross rentable square feet and should include adequate/assigned parking for approximately ten Government vehicles. The lease is for a Five-year term and a full-service lease is preferred. The Government's space and service requirements are described in the attached documents. Interested parties must register in the System for Award Management at www.SAM.gov before lease award. Proposals must be submitted by 11:59 PM Thursday, November 21, 2023. The Government will select a location based on the lowest overall cost and past performance will also be considered.
