The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Army, has issued a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation notice for Local Exchange Services for the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. The service being procured is local voice and data circuits. These circuits are used to provide communication services, including voice calls and data transmission, within the White Sands Missile Range.
