    Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE U.S Army Security Assistance Command Programmatic Support: The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Army, is seeking programmatic services for independent evaluation, assessments, and analysis throughout the United States Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) and Army Security Assistance Enterprise (ASAE).
