Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE U.S Army Security Assistance Command Programmatic Support: The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Army, is seeking programmatic services for independent evaluation, assessments, and analysis throughout the United States Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) and Army Security Assistance Enterprise (ASAE). These services are used to support the development and management of security assistance programs and foreign military sales (FMS) cases, as well as to provide subject matter expertise and program guidance to representatives of foreign countries and other DoD components and commands. The services will be procured on a competitive basis, with consideration given to small business set-aside categories. The period of performance will be a twelve-month base period with four twelve-month option periods, and the services will be performed at both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
