Description

Special Notice: VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF is seeking to lease and service PENTAX endoscope equipment for the Buffalo VA Medical Center in Buffalo, NY. The purpose of this lease and service agreement is to provide various ENT/GI scopes and accessories for the GI, ENT, and Speech Departments. Interested offerors must demonstrate their ability to deliver the required service. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and completion of Representations and Certifications are required. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to PENTAX Medical Company.
