The Department of Defense, specifically the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), is seeking information from potential vendors regarding the procurement of rack-mounted Analog Discrete Input Measurement instruments for the Engine Test Instrumentation Replacement System (ETIRS). The instruments must comply with MIL-STD-1553 Communication Performance requirements and meet specific environmental and operational standards, including Class 1 and Class 4 environmental requirements as defined in MIL-PRF-28800.
