The Department of Defense, through the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), is conducting market research to identify potential sources for rack-mounted Analog Discrete Input Measurement instruments for the Engine Test Instrumentation Replacement System (ETIRS). The procurement aims to acquire instruments that meet specific performance and environmental requirements, including compliance with military standards for operation in shipboard environments. Interested vendors must demonstrate their capability to manufacture Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) or Modified COTS instruments, provide technical documentation, and respond with pricing and lead time estimates. Responses are due by December 16, 2024, at 4 PM EST, and should be directed to Terrence Shearer at terrence.d.shearer.civ@us.navy.mil.
