    The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Army, is seeking information for the procurement of an Artillery Loading Rammer. This request is for Government planning purposes only and does not guarantee the issuance of a solicitation or contract award. The US Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal is looking for qualified vendors capable of manufacturing the Rammer, Artillery Loader.
