    The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Army, is seeking information for the procurement of an Artillery Loading Rammer. This request is for Government planning purposes only and does not guarantee the issuance of a solicitation or contract award. The US Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal is looking for qualified vendors capable of manufacturing the Rammer, Artillery Loader.
    The purpose of this request is to gather knowledge about the interest, capabilities, and qualifications of potential vendors, including both small and large businesses. Interested companies are encouraged to respond with a statement of their qualifications and capabilities, providing information such as the firm's name and address, DUNS number and CAGE Code, point of contact details, business size status, summary of the item's commercial availability, expertise in manufacturing the part, delivery capability, experience conducting First Article Testing, and the place of performance.
