    Presolicitation: GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION is seeking to lease 4,400 ABOA SF of Office Space in Guayama, PR. The space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive surroundings and should not be near residential areas, railroad tracks, or power transmission lines. It should also not be located within the 1%-annual-chance flood plain or wetland. The space should be in a professional office setting and not near establishments selling alcoholic beverages or firearms. Regularly scheduled public transportation during the workday is required within 2 city blocks. The office space must be contiguous, on one floor, and have an efficient layout. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Life Safety, and Handicapped Accessibility. A fully serviced lease is required. Expressions of Interest are due by October 18, 2023.
