The Department of Defense, through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, is seeking responses from qualified contractors for the construction of a Consolidated Groundwater Treatment Plant (CGTP) at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal in Commerce City, Colorado. This project, part of the Department of Defense Environmental Restoration Program, is estimated to cost between $25 million and $100 million and will involve significant site improvements and advanced treatment systems. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gather information for future procurement planning, including assessing the potential use of Project Labor Agreements (PLAs) and evaluating market interest in large-scale federal projects.
