The federal government, through the Department of Health and Human Services and the National Institutes of Health (NIH), seeks bids for a contract to provide comprehensive logistical support and services for the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development's Division of Intramural Research (DIR).

The contract is expected to be funded through a combination of mechanisms, including a projected $24 million in labor and materials over a five-year period. The exact funding amounts and contract details will be determined during the award process.
