The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking qualified contractors for the Design-Build (DB) construction of the Raul Hector Castro Land Port of Entry (LPOE) in Douglas, Arizona. This project aims to modernize and expand the existing facilities to address safety and operational concerns due to increased traffic and outdated infrastructure, with an estimated construction cost between $200 million and $300 million. The GSA intends to utilize a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) for this large-scale construction project to ensure efficiency and quality, and responses to the Sources Sought notice are due by 3:00 PM Pacific Time on July 1, 2025.
