The Department of Defense, through the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), is seeking information from potential contractors for the development of large-scale circuit designs for an Autonomous Vision Sensor (AVS) system. The primary objectives include analyzing image sensor components, developing custom analog and mixed-signal memory components, and designing high-throughput analog compute circuitry capable of performing at a rate of 250 trillion operations per second per watt. This initiative is critical for advancing low-power, low-bandwidth vision sensor technology, which has significant applications in defense and surveillance. Interested parties must submit their responses, including business size and ownership details, by 15 November 2024, to Contract Specialist Ryan Hodges at ryan.t.hodges.civ@us.navy.mil.
