The Department of Defense, through the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy, is seeking qualified contractors to provide fuel laboratory testing services in the U.S. Territory of Guam. The procurement aims to acquire testing services for various aviation and marine fuels, lubricants, and oils, adhering to specific military specifications and standards, with the contractor required to be ISO 9001 and/or ISO/IEC 17025 certified. These testing services are critical for ensuring the quality and compliance of fuels used by DLA Energy and its customers.
