The Department of Defense, through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District, is conducting market research for the Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO) Waterfront Water Distribution Phase 1 project in Concord, California. This project aims to enhance potable water supply and fire flow capabilities by replacing and upgrading existing water lines and associated infrastructure, including the installation of a chlorination station. The anticipated construction contract, valued between $10 million and $25 million, is expected to be solicited around March 2026, with a completion timeline of approximately 540 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
