    The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Air Force, through the 20th Contracting Squadron, intends to issue a sole-source procurement action with Gastops, Inc. for the troubleshoot and repair of the chipcheck portable debris analyzer. This device is used for analyzing debris in laboratory equipment and instruments in the field of analytical laboratory instrument manufacturing.

    Gastops, Inc. has been identified as the sole authorized distributor for the repair of the chipcheck portable debris analyzer by the Air Force Oil Analysis Program (AF OAP) office. This procurement action is in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1) which allows for soliciting from a single source.

    Please note that this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted by July 29, 2024, at 10:00 A.M.
