Special Notice: VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF intends to award a sole source agreement for Community Nursing Home Services in Lebanon VA Medical Center, PA - Berks County, PA. This service is typically used to provide onsite nursing home services for eligible Veteran recipients currently housed at the facility. The sole source award will remain in effect until 09/30/2028 or until the patients can be safely and/or comfortably moved to other VA contracted nursing facilities in the area. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Book Zurman Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for critical program requirements related to VA's Standards and Interoperability community.
