Offerors will be required to produce these explosives in accordance with a U.S. Government-owned Technical Data Package (TDP) and relevant contract specifications, emphasizing the importance of these materials for military applications. The anticipated solicitation release date is January 27, 2025, with the potential for up to three Fixed-Price with Economic Price Adjustment (FP-EPA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to be awarded in the 3rd Quarter of Fiscal Year 2025.
