The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking to extend the Expendable Launch Vehicle Integrated Support (ELVIS 3) contract to a.i. solutions for specialized expertise services in support of the Launch Services Program (LSP) at the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. The services required include safety, quality, launch site engineering support, technical integration, communications and telemetry, information technology, and launch vehicle engineering and analysis, which are critical for providing end-to-end launch support for NASA and NASA-sponsored spacecraft on commercial launch vehicles. This contract extension, which may last up to two years through one-year option periods, will allow the government to align ELVIS 3 requirements with future budgetary needs and further define the upcoming Evolving Launch Vehicle Integrated Support (ELVIS 4) contract. Interested organizations must submit their capabilities and qualifications via email to Kathy Owen and Allyson Grooms by 12:00 PM ET on August 15, 2025, for consideration in the procurement process.
